As a core member of the DHP series, the DHP 0.6 Axial Piston Pump is a dedicated high-pressure Water Treatment Consumable, engineered for industrial reverse osmosis scenarios—ideal for small and medium-sized seawater desalination, industrial wastewater desalination, and resource recovery. It excels at efficiently transferring low-viscosity corrosive media like seawater and industrial saline wastewater, addressing cleanliness and efficiency challenges in water treatment systems.


Operating on the axial piston principle, this pump uses the transported fluid itself as a lubricant, eliminating the need for a traditional lubricating oil tank. This design fundamentally prevents oil leakage pollution, perfectly matching the high cleanliness requirements of seawater and industrial wastewater treatment. Weighing only 3.7 kg, its compact structure saves installation space; the integrated flushing check valve further simplifies reverse osmosis membrane system design, reducing both installation costs and space occupancy—making it a perfect fit for small and medium-sized desalination equipment.


Crafted with 2205 duplex stainless steel for key components, the pump boasts exceptional corrosion resistance to high-salinity media. It operates with low vibration and noise (≤74 dB(A) per EN ISO 3744-2010), suitable for industrial sites sensitive to operating environments. As a fixed-displacement pump, its flow rate is strictly proportional to rotational speed: at the rated 3000 rpm, flow reaches 0.6 m³/h (10 L/min). For custom flow needs, use the formula Selected Motor Speed = (Required Flow Rate × 3000)/0.6—e.g., a 0.4 m³/h demand requires 2000 rpm, ensuring flexible adaptation to diverse system requirements.
